Our client is a demolition & asbestos removal specialist, who delivers safe, efficient, and commercial demolition. Located conveniently in Malaga, WA with parking on site and multiple opportunities for career growth and development.
We are currently seeking a Demolition Site Supervisor to join our client’s team on a permanent basis, servicing multiple projects around Perth metro and regional WA.

The Role

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations on demolition sites
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors effectively
• Run pre-starts and maintain site accountability
• Keep the team aligned and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Act as the link between the Project Manager and site crew
• Step in hands-on when needed to support the team

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ demolition experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Certificate III in Demolition (or willingness to obtain)
• White Card (mandatory)
• HRWL, EWP, Forklift Ticket, First Aid (advantageous)
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage site operations efficiently
• Strong HSEQ knowledge with a commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Able to work independently and make on-the-spot decisions

The role is based in the Malaga office and is offered on a casual basis, working Monday to Friday. Hourly rate is $45/hr+ Super + Penalties. Ideally looking for someone to start within 2-4weeks.
