Your new role

As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities from project setup through to completion. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll coordinate trades, manage site safety, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, subcontractors, and labourers
• Ensure compliance with WA building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• Monitor project schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and resources with the project team
• Provide weekly progress updates and look-ahead reports
• Lead by example through hands-on involvement when required
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
• Proven experience on commercial projects valued over $5 million
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Solid understanding of Australian Standards, building codes, and WHS legislation
• White Card, First Aid certification, and valid C-Class driver's licence
• National Police Clearance and two recent work references
