My client requires an experienced and highly organised Site Administrator to join their team on the Rio Tinto Paraburdoo Airport Upgrade project.

This is a FIFO role from Perth, operating on an 8:6 roster, supporting a multidisciplinary construction team on a high-profile infrastructure upgrade.

As a key member of the site support crew, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, coordination of site documentation, and supporting project and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all site-based administration and document control
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, mobilisation, and rosters for site personnel
• Maintain accurate site registers, timesheets, and daily cost tracking
• Liaise with project engineers, subcontractors, and head office staff
• Support onboarding and site inductions for new personnel
• Provide administrative support for procurement and logistics
• Assist with progress reporting, HSE documentation, and compliance tracking

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Site Administrator or similar on FIFO construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Rio Tinto systems (e.g. SAP, RTSafe, Aconex, etc.) highly desirable
• Rio Tinto inducted
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Construction White Card (essential)
