We are seeking an experienced and confident HSEQ Project Manager to join our professional team for a 6-month contract delivering a seamless migration to a single, consolidated platform that enhances efficiency, improves compliance, and supports consistent processes across multiple sites.

Duties & responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end migration project from initiation through to delivery and handover

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers

Coordinate with technical teams, business users, and vendors to ensure alignment and progress

Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with stakeholders across multiple sites.

Guide the change management process, overseeing training activities to support platform adoption

Monitor project performance and provide regular reports, escalating risks or issues as required

Remain compliant with current standards and industry best practices for HSEQ systems

Experience & attributes

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager position

Solid background in leading IT system implementations or migrations

Knowledge of HSEQ systems (InControl, SAI360, Evotix, or similar) is highly regarded

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferable

Willingness and ability to travel to client sites if required

Confidence with stakeholder management within large and complex organisations

Prior exposure to the mining or resources sector desirable

Familiarity with change management and training coordination

Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
