About the Role:
Core Talent is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our client on an FMG project on a 2:1 roster FIFO from Perth. This is an immediate start for a temporary contract, with strong potential to extend or transition to permanent for the right person.

About the Role
As Site Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the project team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain document control and site registers
• Coordinate mobilisation, including flights, accommodation, and onboarding
• Process and submit timesheets to payroll
• Manage stock levels, freight bookings, and site supplies
• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site leadership team

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years' FIFO site administration experience
• FMG site induction essential; recent PEM completion highly regarded
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel (intermediate-advanced level)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork
