About the Role

  • Identify and engage new clients in commercial and residential construction through cold calling, site visits, research, and networking
  • Ask open-ended questions to uncover client needs, pain points, project timelines, product preferences, and installation constraints
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with builders and trade clients, offering tailored solutions that meet project requirements
  • Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion from first contact to order
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to prepare accurate proposals that align with client goals and profitability targets
  • Stay across industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and confidently position RSC’s unique value offerings

About you:

  • You’re naturally curious and love asking the right questions to uncover what really matters to clients—digging beyond the surface to understand their goals, challenges, and constraints.
  • You’re energised by being out in the field, meeting people face-to-face, and turning those interactions into long-term, trusted relationships.
