Relocations Coordinator

Location - Strawberry Hills

Employment type - multiple ongoing positions available

Salary - $99,938.00 pa- $110,271.00 pa + Superannuation + Leave Loading

Your role

This is a rewarding opportunity to coordinate tenant relocations that contribute to safe and secure housing outcomes across Sydney. You will work directly with tenants, including those with complex support needs, to identify suitable properties and connect them with advocates and support services.

Your work will ensure tenants are informed, supported, and empowered throughout the relocation process, while contributing to the delivery of Homes NSW's long-term housing strategy.

What you'll do

As part of the Relocation team within Homes NSW, you will coordinate and manage all aspects of tenant relocations in line with the Relocation Plan.

You'll work directly with tenants, their families, and advocates to provide tailored relocation advice, identify suitable housing options, and connect them with support services.

You will also:

  • Negotiate property availability and monitor maintenance progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver relocations on time and within budget
  • Maintain accurate relocation data and meet performance targets
  • Embed Housing Practice Standards to ensure tenants feel respected and valued

You'll work as part of a collaborative and client-focused team committed to delivering high-quality housing outcomes. You'll be based in a dynamic and supportive office environment, with regular travel across the Sydney Metro area.

What we're looking for

  • NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across Sydney Metro
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience supporting vulnerable clients with complex needs
  • Ability to manage relocation logistics
