We have a unique opportunity to join our business as a Product Development Coordinator.

The PD Coordinator will be the owner & collaborator of our New Product Development and work closely with the Marketing and Sales Teams and our Key Commercial Partners, you will bring to life innovative products to expand our Cheese, Snacking categories and launch new and exciting categories across relevant channels.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Lead all NPD activities from idea to sale, actively seeking insights to launch new products.

Own all stages / (gates) of NPD and regularly report on Innovation Pipeline.

Ensure all NPD complies with regulatory requirements, brand standards and launch process.

Lead evaluation of product range sensory performance, nutrition, and formulation as well as competitive set.

Demonstrate impeccable leadership and communication skills, to effectively lead cross functional teams.

Manage NPD profitability via commercial decisions and options.

To Succeed you will need:

Demonstrated results in new product development and launches over the past 5 years in Food, Dairy or other FMCG industries.

Qualification in Food Science or Nutrition

Ability to engage with major Retailers ways of working and all key stakeholders

Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and quality/control processes, procurement, project management processes and priorities.

Strong Commercial and Insights mindset to assess and create commercial business cases.

Work autonomously, prioritising across multiple projects embracing a high sense of urgency

Entrepreneurial with a good sense of humour
