This is a rare chance to step into a Sales & Marketing Coordinator role with a large, market-leading agency that is recognised for setting benchmarks in client service, marketing, and results.

In this role, you’ll work alongside some of the industry’s most successful Sales Agents, coordinating premium campaigns, managing client communications, and ensuring every property is represented to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and execute end-to-end property marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.
• Coordinate all advertising collateral, brochures, signboards, and online listings.
• Liaise with photographers, stylists, and trades to deliver seamless campaigns.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, compliance documentation, and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional support to a high-performing Sales Agent.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a real estate sales, customer service, or marketing support role is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
• Familiarity with real estate CRMs and marketing tools.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
