Our client, a leading commercial design & construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across NSW, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

About the role:

• Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of commercial construction projects
• Preparing project documentation, reports, and schedules
• Liaising with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Supporting procurement, tendering, and compliance processes
• Monitoring project progress and helping to resolve issues as they arise

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office (experience with project software an advantage)
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
