About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong industry relationships? We're on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Commercial Remedial BuildingandFacade Upgrade / Cladding Replacement space.
In this exciting, permanent role, you'll work closely with senior management and directors, playing a key role in expanding the company's commercial footprint across NSW. You'll be the bridge between opportunity and delivery—backed by a solid team of estimators, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with clients across facilities management, insurance, government, and corporate sectors to uncover new business opportunities. - Tendering & Proposal Development
Collaborate with internal teams to craft competitive, tailored proposals that align with client needs and expectations. - Market Analysis & Strategy
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and upcoming opportunities. Identify strategic sectors for business growth. - Sales Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM tools, and provide detailed performance reports to senior leadership. - Team Collaboration
Partner with the Project Delivery team to ensure a seamless transition from deal closure to project execution.
What You'll Bring
To be successful, you'll need:
- Proven experience in business development, client management, or sales within façade remediation, cladding, remedial construction, or building services
- Connections within the companies including and not limited to: IFM Investors, Charter Hall, Dexus, The GPT Group, Investa, Mirvac, Stockland, Aliro Group, Lendlease, Vicinity Centres, Centuria Capital Group, Goodman and more.
- Strong knowledge of NSW building regulations, especially regarding façade compliance and safety
- A well-established network across strata management, building consultancies, asset owners, and government agencies
- A commercially savvy mindset and technical curiosity
- The confidence to represent a specialist brand with integrity, credibility, and professionalism
