About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. This role is perfect for someone with strong regional knowledge, a solid sales mindset, and a desire to build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Management

Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts and distributors in the SEA market.

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize business opportunities.

Maintain a strong and profitable sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Proactively source and convert prospects into long-term customers, ensuring sustainable growth.

Performance Management & Growth Support

Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs by developing a deep understanding of customers’ businesses and market dynamics.

Identify new business opportunities within the existing portfolio, driving continuous growth.

Support and contribute to overall company growth strategies, ensuring long-term success in the SEA region.

Sales Strategy & Market Analysis

Develop, implement, and maintain a strategic business plan with clear sales objectives and action plans for distributor network development in SEA.

Analyse sales performance and distributor metrics, implementing strategies to enhance their effectiveness.

Plan, execute, and evaluate regional campaigns to increase brand awareness and support distributor growth.

Collaboration & Brand Development

Collaborate with various departments to manage and coordinate events, conferences, and marketing campaigns.

Provide strategic support to distributors, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and company objectives.

Work closely with the Operations team/ SC team to ensure high customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in business development, or sales in the SEA region.

Proven track record of exceeding targets and managing distributor networks.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluency in English is required; other SEA languages are a plus.

Experience in industrial, or food supplement-related sectors.

Familiarity with solution-based or project-driven sales.
