About the Role
As a Business Development Manager at HUBBED, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities. You will generate market insights, build a pipeline, and transform prospects into business value, establishing HUBBED as the leading partner for e-commerce delivery. Your responsibilities encompass the entire sales cycle, which includes prospecting, qualification, closing, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
You'll adopt a consultative sales approach based on a comprehensive understanding of industry trends. This knowledge positions PARCELPOINT as a reliable solution for businesses looking to improve their e-commerce operations. Your expertise in e-commerce and logistics will help clients optimise their processes and reach their goals.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
Build strategic partnerships in the e-commerce, logistics, and enterprise space
Deliver tailored solutions that reflect client needs and HUBBED’s value
Work closely with product, tech, and operations to ensure a smooth delivery
Bring client insights to the table to shape future growth
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales. (e-commerce and/or logistics industry is essential)
Proven success in the logistics, e-commerce, or tech sectors
A consultative sales approach with strong commercial thinking
Confidence in presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders
A genuine interest in sustainability and innovation
