Description
- Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention in a "kill what you eat" model.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and current clients.
- Ensure all sales activities are accurately documented in the CRM system.
Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a sales-focused role, preferably in Transport & Logistics space.
- Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Understanding of the Transport & Logistics market and its trends.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary package: AUD 110,000 - 130,000 + super + commissions (negotiable).
