The Role:

• Provide backbone support to the Property Management Team
• Conducting Ingoing, Outgoing & Routine Inspections
• Handling Key Management & Collections
• Arrears Management
• Assisting the Property Management team to meet Targets & Objectives
• Ad hoc Administration Duties

The Candidate:

• Keen, eager, and ready to indulge in this once in a lifetime opportunity!
• Strong interest in Property Management, a Certificate of Registration, own car & driver's license
• Previous industry experience is essential to be considered
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential
• The willingness to grow and progress – the last person has been promoted!
