Our client is a boutique real estate agency, based in Camperdown. They specialise in managing a modern residential property portfolio, including new-generation boarding houses and multi-property landlords. Known for their hands-on approach and strong relationships with landlords and tenants, they offer a supportive and collaborative team environment with clear career progression opportunities.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to support the management of a residential and boarding house portfolio, conduct leasing activities, and ensure compliance with property legislation.

Reporting directly to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing lease applications via Ignite/Snug and REI NSW leases
• Conducting routine inspections, open homes, and tenant communications
• Liaising with private landlords, portfolio clients, and boarding house tenants
• Staying up to date with landlord/tenant legislation and applying it to daily operations
• Using platforms such as Property Tree, Inspection Manager, RBO Online, and Agentbox CRM
• Working closely with the Directors and on-site building manager to ensure smooth operations

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in property management or as a property officer/agent looking to step up
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Industry experience using Property Tree, Agentbox, or similar platforms (preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• A strong understanding of landlord/tenant legislation in NSW
• A current driver’s licence and own car (essential)
