We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Building Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations at a residential complex in Sydney.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, being the go-to person on site, and keeping things running smoothly for residents and contractors. You’ll be the steady presence who makes sure the building is safe, well-presented, and well-managed.

What You’ll Do

Oversee the daily presentation of the building and common areas

Respond to and manage maintenance requests

Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers

Liaise with residents, strata, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication

Maintain logs, records, and preventative maintenance schedules

Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in building management, caretaking, or facilities management

A practical, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to be hands-on

Strong organisational and communication skills

The ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and effectively

White Card and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
