The Role

As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, building strong relationships with Owners Corporations, and ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements. You’ll be supported by experienced senior staff, dedicated assistants, and streamlined systems that allow you to focus on what you do best – providing exceptional service to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use strata schemes

Build strong relationships with Owners Corporations, Committees, and stakeholders

Prepare and attend meetings (AGMs, EGMs, committee meetings)

Provide accurate advice on the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 and related legislation

Coordinate budgets, levy notices, and financial reporting

Oversee repairs, maintenance, and contractor engagement

Ensure compliance with company policies and strata legislation

About You

Hold a Class 2 Strata Management Licence (essential)

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Strata Manager (preferred)

Experienced Assistant Strata Managers ready to step up are strongly encouraged to apply

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A client-first mindset and the ability to resolve issues with professionalism
