Are you passionate about making a difference in the housing sector? A leading profit-for-purpose real estate agency is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. This organisation specialises in affordable housing and reinvests profits to support tenants and expand housing supply.

Your new role

You'll manage a portfolio of affordable and fee-for-service properties, delivering end-to-end tenancy services with a strong customer focus. Responsibilities include:

• Tenancy application assessments, lease sign-ups, inspections, and condition reports
• Maintenance coordination and incident reporting
• Rent reviews, arrears recovery, and dispute resolution
• NCAT representation and vacancy management
• Open homes and lease documentation preparation

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in residential property management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage challenging interactions and competing priorities
• Tech-savvy with tenancy management systems (e.g., REST)
• Certificate IV in Property Services and Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
• Current NSW Driver Licence
