What will you be doing in this role:

Take over a portfolio where 95% of it is located within 5 kilometers of the Sydney CBD. Benefit from Leasing and inspection support, no trust accounting responsibilities and getting to manage some stunning city and harbour side apartments.

• Manage a portfolio of 230 properties
• Outgoings and bond claims
• Tenant selection
• Arrears management
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Manage trades and maintenance
• Liaison with building managers and strata
• NCAT prep and attendance
• Oversee portfolio compliance

The right candidate will have:

• Experience managing a portfolio on your own
• A drivers license and access to a car
• Class 2 Real Estate License
• Knowledge of the NSW residential tenancies act
• Highly organised
• Excellent relationship building skills
• The ability to further mentor your assistant
