THE CLIENT.
Join an established commercial agency as part of a major commercial franchise group, with a core focus on Office & Industrial. With a significant market presence, this sub-office is in the Revesby/Bankstown corridor, they manage an extensive portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial assets.

THE ROLE.
We have 2 x roles available, this role is for an experienced Commercial Property Manager.
However, we have an additional role which is supporting a Senior, then after 6 months, there is a 70-property portfolio that this candidate can step up into.

Mixed portfolio across the South West Corridor, predominantly Industrial warehouse & sheds, both strata & freehold. Mixed-use retail/warehouse, along with cafes, strip retail & office towers (a full mix).

You will play a pivotal role in optimising your landlord's asset performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and working closely with tenants to ensure the longevity of their leases.

• Ensuring lease agreements, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met
• Overseeing the preparation of financial and operational reports for asset owners
• Conducting lease negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals (commissions paid)
• Managing tenant relationships and responding to inquiries efficiently
• Coordinating maintenance, capital works, and building upgrades
• Collaborating with sales and leasing teams to maximize asset value
• Developing asset management strategies to enhance financial performance

THE PERSON.
Senior role - commercial experience Essential
Junior role - we will look at someone from residential or finishing their Property Economics Degree

• Must live in South West Sydney or Western Suburbs
• Strong financial & business acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management skills – common sense approach
• Class 2 NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
