The Role:

• Source investment properties across Australia through daily phone outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with selling agents to access off-market deals
• Research suburbs, market data, and sales trends to identify investment opportunities
• Manage client needs and preferences via CRM – match deals to buyer requirements
• Liaise with the internal team to progress leads through the sales pipeline
• Enter accurate data and property information into the CRM
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property markets and investment hotspots

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident communicator – comfortable in a role with heavy phone work
• Passion for property, real estate, or wealth creation
• Strong relationship-building skills – especially with agents and industry contacts
• High attention to detail and ability to manage a CRM system
• Prior experience in sales, property management, or real estate is required
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and motivation to hit performance targets
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment
• Eager to learn and grow within the buyers agency space
