The Position:

In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and nurture your portfolio with full support
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and ensure compliance
• Handle lease negotiations, rent reviews, and tenancy renewals
• Attend tribunal hearings as needed
• Work closely with a proactive and passionate leadership team

The Person:

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

• Previous Property Management experience- 2+ years
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• First-class communication and customer service
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
• Good personal presentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• A good teamwork ethic
• The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
