We are seeking a professional Office Manager to join a community organisation to coordinate the day-to-day of the head office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of our amazing Charity clients, in a friendly and collaborative environment.
This is the ideal position for someone with office management experience that is looking to step up to a PA/EA role as there will be some involvement with supporting the CEO at times.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the office policies and procedures are followed by all employees
- Manage the office environment and oversee general maintenance of the office to support the day-to-day smooth operation of the head office
- Support and coordinate internal and external events and meetings
- Communicate important updates and information internally
- Oversee visitors (first point of contact, allocating parking spaces, etc)
- Collate and file expenses
About you:
A flexible and dynamic self-starter who is capable of building strong relationships across interactions with staff is key. No two days are the same and your week will be evolving, varied and changing.
- Demonstrated experience in admin and office management with ambition to take that next step to a PA/EA role
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service – written and verbal
- A high attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- An ability to work without supervision and proactively
- Available within 1-2 weeks
- Are on a visa that has no restrictions (I.e. Citizen/PR) - temp to perm opportunity.
