Part-Time Office Manager - Permanent Position
Construction Industry – Petersham
We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and highly organised Part-Time Office Manager to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys taking ownership of administrative tasks. Also someone who has previous experience working within the Construction Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including emails, calls, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases
Assist with payroll, invoicing, and accounts support
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
Support compliance and WHS documentation
General administration and ad-hoc duties as required
About You:
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role (construction industry experience highly regarded)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, or similar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
