About the Opportunity:
This firm is growing rapidly and is seeking a Manager to assist the partners with an ever growing client base. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with agricultural clients to help them navigate wealth transitions within their HNW family groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with a focus on agricultural businesses
Oversee tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses
Provide Virtual CFO services to clients to improve business operations
Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives
Work in a small team environment while being supported by other offices
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
7+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
CA/CPA qualifications (Not a deal breaker if you don't)
Strong technical & tax knowledge
Excellent communication & leadership skills and ability to speak with regional clients
A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
