Your Role

As our Senior Business Services & Tax Manager, you will be entrusted with a pivotal role in shaping our firm’s future direction. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our partners on high-level strategy, client relationship management, and operational excellence. This position is not just about technical expertise—it is about leadership, vision, and the drive to innovate.

Lead and Mentor: Oversee and support a talented team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for skills development.

Strategic Client Engagement: Manage a portfolio of sophisticated clients, delivering tailored business solutions, tax consulting, and compliance advice that exceed expectations.

Innovation and Technology: Champion the use of cutting-edge cloud and AI platforms to enhance our service delivery, streamline processes, and provide powerful analytics for our clients.

Business Growth: Play a central role in driving the ongoing expansion of our firm, identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and contributing insights that influence the long-term strategy.

Director Pathway: Enjoy a fast-tracked progression to Director level, including the potential for equity participation and a true voice in the future of the business.

Who You Are

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a demonstrated track record in business services and taxation, ideally in a leadership role within public practice. You thrive in fast-paced, modern environments and are comfortable leveraging technology to deliver outstanding outcomes. You possess commercial acumen, strategic insight, and a passion for client service.

Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent), with substantial post-qualification experience in business services and tax across a variety of client types.

Experience: Significant experience managing both compliance and advisory work for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and sophisticated business clients.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams, with a collaborative and approachable style.

Innovation: Passionate about leveraging technology and developing new solutions for clients.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and advise at Board, Director, and C-suite level.

Ambition: You are driven, commercial, and eager to progress rapidly to Director status, including equity within the firm.
