Due to rapid growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Business Services Accountant Manager to join their team.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE
- Leading a team of junior accountants, providing coaching and mentoring
- Liaise directly with Clients
- Reviewing and working on some complex tax returns
- Reviewing BAS, IAS and Financial Statements
- Preparation of budgeting, cash flow, forecasting and management reporting for a variety of clients
- Working regularly with Partners on advisory projects
- Overseeing quarterly management reporting
- Liaising with the ATO as needed
- Developing new and existing client relationships
- Conducting quarterly reconciliations of investment balances

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will possess the following key qualifications and skills:

- 4+ years experience as an accountant
- CA ANZ Membership
- Extensive experience in a senior accounting role
- Proficiency with XERO and/or MYOB Accountants Enterprise
- Experience across a range of industries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and collaboratively
- A strong focus on client service
