About the Role
As Business Services Manager, you’ll play a central role in overseeing client engagements, guiding a talented team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality business services. You’ll work closely with the Partners, bringing the gravitas to influence and contribute at a strategic level, while also staying hands-on in the detail where needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture
• Manage and oversee client engagements across a variety of industries
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Partner with the senior leadership team to drive business performance and client outcomes
• Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and attention to detail

About You

• CA or CPA qualified, with at least 10+ years’ experience in a professional services firm
• Proven track record in a Business Services Manager role (or similar)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team
• Exceptional client engagement and relationship management skills
• Commercially astute, with the professionalism and presence to work alongside senior leadership
• Driven, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering excellence
