An opportunity is now open to work for a successful international brand that specializes in spray paints and other art products. Montana Colors Australia Pty Ltd is the Australian branch of Montana Colors HQ (member of Briolf Group) and seeks to grow the effective distribution of our products.

We are looking to fill a critical role of a Sales and Marketing Manager.

We have been selling our products in Australia for more than 10 years and we are currently serving our products in more than 100 countries.

The Role

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven skills & experience with key responsibilities but not limited to:

Management of local strategy: define and execute the strategy within Australian market by identifying growth opportunities, defining suitable products for the market, and implementing the company's global vision.

Management of relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring that the relationships are strong and beneficial for the company.

Compliance with local regulations and legislation.

Control of budget and profitability.

Develop a market analysis, identifying threats and opportunities in the territory.

Relationship and reporting to the HQ management.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will be someone with:

A proven track record (2 years+) in a similar role.

Have a detailed knowledge of the spray paint industry and its market competitors within Europe and Australia, within the last 2 years.

Experience in spray paint applications and understanding of its technicalities, with at least 2 years of in field experience.

Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.

You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels.

Creative nature and ability to innovate with content and strategies.

Proficient in Microsoft suite (primarily Excel and Outlook), and a benefit with experience in SAP.

Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position that requires usual hours of 8:30am-16:30pm from Monday to Friday.

The role does require to be based in our office in Sydney.

You will need to be comfortable in travelling interstate and overseas for various role specific tasks.
