The Opportunity:
To drive our next business growth phase, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our core management team. This is not just a management position but a strategic role. We particularly value talented individuals who have grown from a technical field and have successfully transitioned into comprehensive business leaders. You will be responsible for developing and executing an extensive sales and marketing strategy to solidify our leadership position in the commercial project market (B2B) and explore new opportunities in the high-end residential market (B2C). Your leadership will directly boost our brand influence and ensure the continuous expansion of our sales channels.
What You’ll Do:
1. Develop and implement the annual sales and marketing strategy, setting clear sales targets and marketing budgets to lead the team in achieving business growth in both commercial and residential markets.
2. Direct the sales team in managing the entire cycle from lead to contract, including client consultations, project quotations, and contract negotiations. Focus on establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with key clients such as architects, developers, builders, and property management companies.
3. Plan integrated online and offline promotion strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share. Take full responsibility for marketing activities, including digital marketing, industry exhibitions, and the creation of promotional materials.
4. Actively expand partnerships with industry partners to integrate Elev8tor’s products and services into their project specifications and establish stable business channels.
5. Conduct in-depth research on the electromechanical engineering market, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to provide optimisation recommendations for our product portfolio and service packages.
6. Be responsible for the daily management, training, and motivation of the sales and marketing team, fostering a results-oriented culture. Track and analyse sales performance through a CRM system and report regularly to senior management.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales and marketing plans.
2. Possesses a solid background in electromechanical engineering or a related technical field, with clear career progression demonstrating a successful transition from a technical expert to a management expert.
3. Proven over 10 years’ sales and marketing management experience in the construction, electromechanical, or related technical product industries.
4. A natural leader and communicator, adept at handling high-value, long-cycle sales projects.
5. Results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
6. Fluency in English and Chinese is an advantage.
