About the role

Venture Air Conditioning, a leading provider of commercial air conditioning solutions in Australia, is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on expanding its customer base and building strong relationships with key clients.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to promote Venture Air Conditioning's products and services

Managing a team of sales professionals and providing them with the necessary support, training, and guidance to achieve their targets

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities

Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels

Analysing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations

Reporting on sales and marketing performance to the management team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role, preferably in the air conditioning or a related industry

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and lead a sales team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results

Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools to track and measure sales and marketing performance

Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
