As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to drive strategic sales and brand development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase market share, strengthen brand awareness, and drive revenue growth within the wholesale and expand the customer base.

· Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis across domestic markets to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the ceramics industry.

· Lead a team to execute sales, branding, and promotional campaigns.

· Strengthen existing retail client and supplier relationships and identify new business opportunities.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing and sales strategies.

· Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to refine product offerings, improve service delivery, and inform business strategy.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with inventory, logistics, and customer service.

· Liaise with overseas suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth import operations, effective inventory management, and timely restocking of product lines.

· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

Skills:

· Minimum five years of proven experience in a sales and/or marketing management role.

· At least bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, sales strategies, and CRM systems.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus)

· Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
