At 4Corner Bazaar, we believe in creating experiences through food products and promoting Nepalese products all over Australia through import and distribution. Our office based in Sydney is looking for Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy in competitive market of import and distribution.
About the Role
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, monitoring and evaluating sales and marketing initiatives to position 4Corner Bazaar as brand of choice within South Asian Grocery and restaurant businesses. Your role will be critical in delivering revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring the highest standard customer relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Plan innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive sales, brand engagement and customer loyalty,
Manage pricing structures, sales policies, and promotional strategies to maximize profitability,
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions,
Identify and secure new business opportunities, key partnerships, and market segments,
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients and logistics partners,
Oversee company performance and plan future sales for busy and quiet period to drive staff performance.
About You
Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership within retail environment.
Exceptional understanding of import and its unique challenges and opportunities.
Strong commercial intelligence, with a track record of delivering results and exceeding targets.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
