We’re looking for a proactive and organised Workplace Coordinator to create a seamless, modern, and engaging workplace experience for our Sydney team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same—balancing facilities, office management, event coordination, and executive support to keep our workplace running smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
Facilities Management (30%)
Oversee building operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships
Ensure health, safety, and security compliance in the workplace
Manage office resources, equipment, and procurement
Office Management (40%)
Coordinate daily office operations, seating allocations, and workspace setup
Maintain budgets, track expenses, and optimise office processes
Keep our office stocked, organised, and welcoming
Event Coordination (10%)
Plan and deliver team events, office celebrations, and engagement activities
Support meeting logistics and internal functions
Executive Assistant Support (20%)
Provide administrative support to senior leadership—calendar management, scheduling, travel, and reporting
Ensure leaders are organised, prepared, and supported
