We’re on the hunt for a Business & Operations Coordinator who can keep the wheels turning behind the scenes at Rogue Royalty Built For Serious Players Australia’s leader in premium canine accessories, raw nutrition, and pet care is looking for someone to match our energy! From admin and reporting to e-commerce and operations, you’ll be the "maestro supremo" who makes sure everything runs smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.

What you’ll be doing

Customer Experience & Sales Support

Ensure customer emails, enquiries, and after-sales follow-up are covered

Deliver seamless service across retail, e-commerce, and affiliates.

Gather feedback and identify opportunities for brand collaboration and growth.

Operations & Administration

Coordinate day-to-day operations across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.

Manage freight, purchase orders, and inventory counts.

Maintain accuracy in reporting, documentation, and business analytics.

Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.

E-Commerce & Retail Support

Keep stock levels, product listings, and website updates accurate and up to date.

Support retail sales and maintain showroom presentation standards.

Spot opportunities to improve systems and streamline processes.

Help updated/maintain online website listings and produce reports

What we’re looking for

Proven track record in admin, business coordination, or operations (bonus points for retail or Shopify e-commerce).

You are tech savvy with a passion for online & ecommerce industry.

Strong data and analytical skills.

A sharp eye for detail and a love for organisation.

Strong time-management skills — juggling tasks is your superpower.

Microsoft Office confidence (Excel is your friend).

Great communication skills, written and verbal.

A proactive, problem-solving attitude that gets things done.
