About the Role
As our Corporate Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making sure our organisation has the systems, spaces and support it needs to thrive.
Based in Bathurst, this Full time, Permanent role reports directly to the Chief Finance Officer. As the heart of our operations, you will be coordinating property and fleet management, leading our admin team and keeping our IT and communications systems on track. Key Responsibilities
Property Management: Oversee all leasehold and owned properties, including leases, renovations, maintenance, utilities, and security. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, leasing agents, and service providers.
Office & Equipment: Manage office assets, IT equipment, furniture, consumables, and maintenance schedules, ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently.
Fleet Management: Coordinate our vehicle fleet, including acquisition, maintenance, insurance, safety, and day-to-day use.
IT & Communications: Support IT systems, software licenses, data security, technology upgrades, and backups. Support our People and Culture team with staff onboarding/offboarding, and maintain positive relationships with our external IT provider.
Contracts & Stakeholders: Negotiate, review, and manage corporate service contracts while fostering strong partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
Administration & Team Leadership: Lead and support our dedicated administrative staff, coordinate office operations, archiving, cleaning, and staff logistics, ensuring a well-organised and supportive workplace.
Strategic Support: Provide proactive guidance across Corporate Services to enhance efficiency and service quality

Selection Criteria:
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and services, particularly integration between SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Power Automate
Exceptional organisational skills with a passion for planning, organising and prioritizing.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish friendly and professional rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility and creativity to problem-solve
(Desirable)
Relevant qualifications in Business, Administration, Management (or similar)
Experience managing Right of Use Assets and associated ledgers.
Experience in property management (e.g. lease negotiations, fit-outs, management of utilities, coordination or repairs and building security).
