Environmental and Laboratory Solutions (ELS) is a customer service focused, results driven, risk management consultancy with offices in Brisbane and Sydney. We provide a comprehensive range of hazardous materials, occupational hygiene, environmental and risk management consultancy services throughout Australia.
Working in conjunction with our NATA accredited laboratory, our Hazardous Materials team offer a range of asbestos and hazmat management and advisory services to our well-established client base in the Construction, Facilities Management, Transport, Insurance and Government sectors.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane on a full-time basis.
The main objective of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction is always achieved by successfully organising and invoicing client orders as per their specific requirements in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Oversee scheduling, resourcing and coordination of onsite work
Coordinate travel arrangements for project teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
Engage in consistent collaboration with consultants and clients throughout the job cycle
Assist with producing full and accurate quotes
Ensure Job details always have full and accurate information
Collect, compile and process the relevant information to facilitate the correct invoice output
Import, update and send client invoices in a timely manner
Manage client accounts (monthly statements, debt collection, housekeeping of client contact cards in relevant systems etc)
Undertake other administrative and housekeeping duties ad hoc or consistently as requested
Record, investigate and communicate any non-conformances or improvements that come to light
Experience and Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience in this area of work.
Cert IV or higher in a relevant qualification is advantageous.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
MYOB experience highly regarded.
Industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
Construction industry experience is well regarded.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will need to be/have:
A high level of planning, organizing and time management skills.
Can transmit information (verbally and written) to others clearly and concisely.
Has initiative and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Confident with MS Office applications, and able to quickly learn custom database and project management software.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic. We work in a fast-paced environment and pride ourselves on our ability to react quickly to client’s needs.
Work diligently and with care to provide quality deliverables for stakeholders.
Engages in positivity and mindfulness with an interest in continual development.
