🌱 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a confident, organised, and bubbly Customer Service & Estimating Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for customers seeking quotes. In this full-time, desk-based role, you’ll guide clients through the quoting process (via phone and email) with google earth, no site visits or driving required while building great relationships that keep them coming back.

You’ll also coordinate with our valued B2B referral partners including Aged Care providers, NDIS participants, and insurers helping to streamline their service requests and grow long-term partnerships.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

Be the first point of contact for new customer quote requests (phone/email)

Understand customer needs and provide tailored quotes quickly and clearly

Follow up on quotes, answer queries, and guide customers through approvals

Support existing B2B partnerships by managing referrals and service requests

Reach out to B2B partners during quieter periods to encourage ongoing work

Quote additional services for existing clients and coordinate internally

✅ What We’re Looking For

2+ years in customer service, admin, sales coordination, or estimating

Strong phone manner with natural rapport-building skills

Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple quotes and tasks

Confident with digital tools, CRMs, and customer systems (training provided)

Bonus points for experience in home services, property, or trade industries
