IAS is a family owned fine art logistics business with branches across Australia.

We are seeking an experienced sales and customer service coordinator to join our friendly team in the Brisbane office to work alongside our operations team and State Manager to make a major impact in our branch.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service person with strong administrative skills and a proven track record of high-level client service and satisfaction.

The successful candidate, who will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, will deal directly with our customers on all aspects of the sales process, from quoting to booking and invoicing.

You will possess:

• Professional and well presented with a high level of verbal and written communication

• Proven track record in sales and customer service

• Understanding the differential of providing a premium service

• Arts industry knowledge / appreciation preferable but not essential

• Good computer skills in all Microsoft Office applications

• Strong numerical aptitude

• Time management, prioritising and problem solving skills

• Geographic knowledge of Brisbane, regional QLD and Australia

This is a permanent fulltime position - office based.

Pay rate up to $32.50 per hour + Super, based on skills and experience.

Both pay rate and hours will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

A national police check undertaken prior to commencement
