The Role – Customer Services Coordinator

We’re looking for a vibrant and highly organised Customer Services Coordinator to be the central link between our customers and operations team. In this role, you’ll ensure customer relationships are nurtured, schedules are managed seamlessly, and daily operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all customer enquiries with professionalism and warmth.

Coordinate installations and collections with the operations team.

Prepare accurate and timely quotes and invoices.

Oversee schedules, calendars, and job tracking systems.

Maintain up-to-date customer databases and records.

Communicate key updates between customers, agents, and team members.

Assist leadership with reports, presentations, and administration.

Support business with Marketing, Socials and inhouse work events

About You

Experience in administration or coordination roles ideally from Real Estate, Interior Design or Home Décor industries.

Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure.

A confident communicator and natural problem solver.

Proactive, adaptable, and a supportive team player.

Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with database systems.
