The Opportunity
We are looking for a committed, full-time Administration Assistant to join our Sunshine Coast team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structure with variety—keeping operations flowing smoothly while staying flexible enough to handle unexpected challenges.
It’s a hands-on role with a mix of:
Time-sensitive responsibilities (emails, phone calls, operational support)
Regular administration tasks (records, forms, coordination, data processing)
While there’s flexibility in how you structure your day, you’ll need to be consistently available Monday–Friday and able to respond during working hours.

Must Haves
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Service-minded approach with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to manage competing priorities and respond to time-sensitive tasks.
Comfortable with phone and email communication as part of the daily workflow.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Bonus points for:
Simpro experience.
Trade/construction industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage shared inboxes and field phone calls during working hours.
Support the operational managers and field staff with administration needs.
Prepare and complete subcontractor packs.
Raise and process purchase/work orders.
Maintain records, databases, and required industry forms.
Collaborate with the wider Corporate Services team.
What We Offer
Hybrid arrangements – Approx. 60% office / 40% work from home (higher office presence during onboarding).
Sunshine Coast–based.

Remuneration
Permanent Full-Time: $59,280 – $64,734 + 12% Superannuation
Contract/Casual Option: $35.45 – $38.71 per hour + 12% Superannuation
