A premium hair care brand, available exclusively through Tink Recruitment, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Admin Contractor to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a science-led haircare brand that’s redefining the beauty space. You’ll work directly with the ANZ Country Manager to drive business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure our sales, marketing, and admin functions run seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing:

Act as the primary contact for wholesale customers, supporting orders, delivery schedules, accounts receivable, and client engagement.

Build and maintain relationships across retail, salon, and e-commerce channels to grow order frequency and brand loyalty.

Assist in sales presentations and joint marketing plans.

Support the Country Manager with weekly, monthly, and expense tracking reports.

Manage retail marketing administration: retailer portals, datasheets, product updates, campaign rollouts, and visual displays.

Coordinate new product launches, pricing updates, and trade margin adjustments.

Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal sales presentations, expos, press days, and training programs.

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a remote environment.

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience (or willingness to learn) tools such as Magento, Asana, Salesforce, and retailer portals (Sephora, Adore, etc.).

A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for the beauty, haircare, or retail sector.
