About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Bent & Curved Glass team as a Glass Sales Assistant / Admin Assistant. In this full-time role based in Revesby, NSW, you will play a key part in supporting the sales and administration functions of our growing glass and glazing business.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer complaints

Assisting the office manager/sales team with quoting, invoicing, and other administrative tasks

Maintaining up-to-date records and databases

Coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of glass products

Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or sales administration role, ideally within the glass or construction industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word

A team-player attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
