Admin & Sales Officer – Gregory Hills (Full Time, Permanent)
Adams & Rofe Removals & Storage, established in 1975, is a trusted name in relocations, storage, and logistics. We are now looking for a motivated Admin & Sales Officer to join our Gregory Hills office.
About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based position (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm). You will play a key role in supporting both administration and sales functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming calls and emails
Booking and scheduling jobs
Data entry and maintaining client records
Preparing quotes and following up with clients
Liaising with customers to provide outstanding service
Supporting the sales team to meet KPIs
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in administration and sales support
Confident using Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
Motivated to achieve sales targets and KPIs
A strong team player with excellent communication skills

Competitive salary: $70,000 (entry level with training) – up to $85,000 for experienced candidates
