Role Overview
This is a diverse and fast-paced support role combining sales account administration, renewal coordination, and marketing support. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining excellent client relationships, managing contract renewals, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and communications.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Support and Client Engagement
Communicating with prospective and existing clients to promote ongoing use of the company's software products and services.
Monitoring client contract cycles and initiating renewal processes.
Explaining functional product features and addressing basic operational questions related to the Migration Manager software is a critical component of our sales and renewals process.
Compiling and updating sales documentation, CRM records, and subscription histories.
Preparing proposals and coordinating contract renewals.
Following up with clients to assess satisfaction and resolve issues in coordination with support staff.
Successful applicants will be expected to leverage their in-depth understanding of our product when engaging with clients; therefore, a sound working knowledge of the Migration Manager software will be highly regarded.
Assisting in quoting, negotiating terms (within guidelines), and facilitating smooth onboarding transitions.
Marketing Administration
Assisting in the development and rollout of email marketing campaigns and promotional content aimed at retention and client engagement.
Coordinating client-facing marketing materials and contact database updates.
Supporting online presence and communications via newsletters, social media, and product announcements.
Assisting in gathering market feedback and insights through surveys and campaign analytics.
Reporting and CRM Management
Preparing internal reports on sales activities, renewal pipeline, and marketing engagement outcomes.
Maintaining accurate CRM records for account management and communication tracking.
Skills and Experience Required
Strong customer relationship skills with 2–5 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales workflows, and software subscription lifecycles.
Ability to convey software features and benefits to clients in a user-centric way.
Excellent communication, time management, and record-keeping skills.
Knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Pipedrive) is desirable.
