About Us
Carer Allies is a growing social enterprise on a mission to make workplaces, schools, and communities more carer-inclusive. We design and deliver workshops that raise awareness, build empathy, and create systemic change for the 2.65 million unpaid carers across Australia.
We believe carers’ lived experience is expertise. Now, we’re looking for trainers, health professionals, professional and unpaid carers ready to step into leadership roles as Carer Allies Facilitators.
The Role
As a Carer Allies Facilitator, you’ll be trained and supported to deliver engaging workshops in your community.
Free facilitator training provided – no upfront cost.
Deliver workshops for workplaces, schools, and community organisations.
Flexible, casual work that fits around your caring role.
Earn per workshop while building skills and making an impact.
What We’re Looking For
Trainers, Facilitators with presenting experience or background in Health, Care or Community Sectors
You may have lived experience as an unpaid carer, for a child, partner, parent, or family member with disability, chronic illness, or ageing needs.
You’re passionate about creating positive change for carers.
Confident communicating with groups (or willing to build confidence with our training and support).
Reliable, empathetic, and values-driven.
