We’re looking for Registered Nurses with aged care experience—particularly those confident in developing care plans for Alzheimer’s and dementia—to join a fantastic community-based role in Perth.

A Typical Day Might Include:
You’ll be out in the community conducting thorough clinical assessments, such as:

• Geriatric Depression Scale
• Cognitive impairment assessments
• Nutrition and hydration planning
• Falls risk and pressure injury assessments
• Wound care, medication management, and more

We’d Love to Hear from You If You:

• Are an experienced RN with strong assessment and care planning skills
• Have community nursing experience (a big plus!)
• Are available to start as soon as possible for a contract with a flexible end date
• Are based locally in Perth with your own transport (unfortunately, no accommodation is provided)
• Have flexible availability for block bookings.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in aged and community care
• Current AHPRA registration
• Valid police check (Australia)
• Up-to-date flu and COVID vaccinations
