• In-depth knowledge of IR/ER, employment legislation, and contemporary workforce practices

• Strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed
• Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
• Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related fields

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the full People & Culture agenda, from strategy through to hands-on delivery
• Guide senior leaders on workforce planning, leadership capability, and succession planning
• Manage complex ER/IR matters with confidence, including awards, enterprise agreements, and compliance
• Build engagement initiatives that strengthen inclusion, accountability, and high performance
• Act as a trusted advisor across all levels of the business while driving continuous improvement in HR frameworks
