A leading national allied health business is seeking a People & Culture Advisor/Business Partner to join its growing People & Culture team. With a network of over 400 clinics across Australia and a strong focus on innovation, performance, and people, this organisation is at an exciting stage of transformation and growth.
This newly created role will support one of two core portfolios – Physiotherapy or Hand Therapy – each with its own unique stakeholder set and operational footprint across Australia, this is a rare opportunity to make a genuine impact in a fast-paced, multi-site health environment.

What you'll do:
You'll support one of our core portfolios - Physiotherapy or Hand Therapy - each with a national footprint and its own rhythm. Your job? Make HR the heartbeat of the business.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Embedding yourself into the clinical network and partnering with leaders coast-to-coast – spend time on the ground NSW/QLD/VIC, some travel will be required!
- Giving sharp advice on employment contracts, awards, and ER matters.
- Leading change initiatives and helping to redesign how we work.
- Diving into M&A integration with smart, commercial HR insights.
- Managing casework through a national system with pace and precision.
- Building trust and turning conversations into practical action.
What you bring:

- 4 years experience at HR BP/Advisor level with multi-site or frontline environments (health, retail, services, M&A).
- Solid understanding of Awards and contracts.
- Sharp communicator who knows how to influence at every level.
- Analytical mind that loves decoding complexity.
- Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth spaces.
- Relatable, proactive, and team-oriented - you bring people with you.
